Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy covers the mobile games published by IpsoFatsoGames on Google Play, including Hexa Tower, Wobble Pot, Deck Dash, Ishigumi, Fiddle Sticks, GeoWave, Wave Blazer, Bonsai, Molecular and MixedUp (together, "the games"). It explains what data the games collect, why, who receives it, and the choices you have.

Your privacy choice in the game
When you first start a game it asks whether you agree to personalised ads and gameplay analytics. You can change your answer at any time in Settings > Privacy choices. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised, and no analytics are sent.
What we collect and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| A random player ID created by Unity Authentication, and your Google Play Games ID and display name if you sign in with Google Play Games | Keeping your progress and showing your name and scores on leaderboards | Performance of our service to you (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Scores and progress (for example best distances, pottery points, floors cleared, level and track scores, recital scores) | Leaderboards | Art. 6(1)(b) |
| Gameplay events (runs and levels started and finished, scores, game mode, continues used, photos taken in photo mode; never the photo itself) | Understanding how the game is played so we can improve it | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Advertising ID and other device identifiers, device and app information and diagnostics, IP address (used to estimate your country), how you interact with ads, how long you use the game, and whether you have made in-app purchases | Showing ads, measuring them, preventing fraud, and (with your consent) personalising them | Consent for personalised ads; legitimate interest in funding a free game for non-personalised ads (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Purchase status of "Remove Ads" (handled by Google Play; we never see your payment details) | Removing ads you have paid to remove | Art. 6(1)(b) |
| Crash and performance diagnostics | Fixing bugs | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
The games do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location. Wobble Pot can save pictures of the pots you make to your device and share them when you ask; those pictures stay on your device and go only where you choose to share them. Bonsai keeps the photos you take of your trees in its journal on your device. Ishigumi, Fiddle Sticks, GeoWave, Wave Blazer, Bonsai, Molecular and MixedUp can remind you to play with notifications if you allow them; these are scheduled on your device and send no data.
Who receives data
- Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: authentication, leaderboards, remote configuration, analytics, cloud code; Unity LevelPlay, which picks which ad network shows each ad). Unity privacy policy.
- The ad networks Unity LevelPlay works with for these games, which receive the advertising data described above in order to bid for and show ads: ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Pangle, Liftoff (Vungle) and Moloco.
- Google (Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing; in the EEA and UK, Google's consent form for ads). Google privacy policy.
Some of these companies process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. They do so under safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Player IDs, scores and settings are kept until you delete them (see below) or the game is retired. Analytics data is kept by Unity for up to 2 years. Ad partners keep data according to their own policies.
Deleting your data
In the game, open Settings > Delete my data and tap it twice. This deletes your leaderboard scores, your Unity player account and analytics data, and the data stored on your device. You can also email us and we will delete it for you. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device only.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (in the game or by email) without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
Children
The games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has used a game and shared data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update it here and change the date at the top.
